I reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or discontinue any commission for any reason.

Please be respectful and professional throughout the commission process.

I may blacklist clients who are rude, abusive, attempt chargebacks, scam, or violate my Terms of Service.

Prices and terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Full payment is required upfront before I begin working. We can work with Deposits for Commissions above 150$, which is 50% of the final price and then 50% after the drawing is done.

Payments are accepted through: PayPal (Family & Friends only), Roblox Gift Cards, Robux via my Roblox Group Game Pass.

Clients are responsible for covering taxes, transfer fees, or additional payment fees. If paying through Roblox Gift Cards, the card value must exactly match the commission price.

Do NOT purchase my T-Shirts or passes from Your game or other games other than directly from the Roblox Website. You will have to pay the remaining amount that was lost.

Payment must only be sent after I confirm your commission slot.

No refunds once I have started sketching or working on the commission.

I will issue a full refund if I am unable to finish the commission or unexpected circumstances prevent me from completing the artwork. You can ask for a refund if I take more than 2 months after the wave has started.

Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. Just ask me for a refund if I surpassed 2 months after the wave has started.

I retain full copyright and ownership over the artwork unless commercial rights are purchased.

I may post commissioned work on my portfolio, social media, Patreon, or livestreams unless a privacy fee is paid.

You cannot use my artworks for AI or anything that relates to using it in AI. (Training AI diffusion using my art, etc), even if you do pay for it.

Use the artwork for personal use

Post the artwork on social media with proper credit

Use it as profile pictures, banners, wallpapers, or personal decoration

Print it for personal use only.

Claim the artwork as your own

Remove my watermark/signature

Use the artwork for AI training, datasets, NFTs, cryptocurrency projects, or machine learning

Resell the artwork

Make merchandise without purchasing merch rights

Use the artwork commercially without permission

Transparent PNGs (if applicable)

PSD/CSP/source files are NOT included unless discussed separately.

CMYK or print-formatted files must be requested beforehand.

Default canvas sizes and resolutions may vary depending on commission type. I usually work around 2080x2080 and above with 300-500DPI.

Commissions are typically completed within 1-2 months of every wave!

As I am a student, please understand that delays may occur.

Rush commissions require an additional fee of +25% to 100% of the final price depending on urgency and complexity

Rush commissions should allow at least 1 week minimum.

I usually provide updates during the Sketch phase, Flat color and Pre-Render.

Additional updates may be requested reasonably.

Commissions are worked on a burst-basis (Motivation burst), which means I cannot give a "definite" time on when I'll be able to work on it. But I can promise I will be finished in under 2 months.

Revisions include Pose adjustments, Expression changes, Outfit edits, Color corrections and Minor detail fixes.

Corrections caused by my mistakes are always free. (e.g. Two feathers instead of one, Wrong colors on a specific part of the character... etc)

Minor revisions during sketching are generally free.

Excessive changes may incur additional fees.

Major redraws after approval are not free.

Repeated perfection-based edits (example: repeatedly changing tiny strands/details many times) may be charged.

Changing the entire pose after approval of sketch.

Replacing the character midway.

Changing the whole Major Composition Elements of the drawing.

Normal art/chibi/reference sheets: $5–40 OR 700-5600 Robux

Private commissions require an additional +25% privacy fee.

Private commissions mean: I will not publicly upload the artwork with no permission and I will not stream or publicly show WIPs

This fee does not apply to game work.
